All exhibiting companies must obtain written approval for their stand design!
Construction of the stand may only commence after approval has been granted. Stand constructions that have not been approved and/or do not comply with the Display Regulations or legal provisions may have to be altered or removed. This form serves as approval of the stand design only. Exhibiting companies are responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of their exhibit. If you make a change to your design, it is imperative that you send your updated design to Operations to review and approve. Failure to do so may result in you not being allowed to build the updates according to most recent design.
