All exhibiting companies must obtain written approval for their stand design!

Construction of the stand may only commence after approval has been granted. Stand constructions that have not been approved and/or do not comply with the Display Regulations or legal provisions may have to be altered or removed. This form serves as approval of the stand design only. Exhibiting companies are responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of their exhibit. If you are unable to complete the form electronically, please print the form and e-mail or fax the completed version to Melissa Lewia at mlewia@divcom.com. If you make a change to your design, it is imperative that you send your updated design to Operations to review and approve. Failure to do so may result in you not being allowed to build the updates according to most recent design.

Will the stand have platform flooring over the whole surface of the space?*

If ordering utilities it is recommended you build a high enough platform for the hoses to be laid underneath (Electrical = 5cm / Water, Compressed Air or Larger Power Supply = 8cm) . All connection service chests located on the floors of the halls must always be easily accessible. Review the Service Chest & Duct Information and contact seafood@firabarcelona.com with any questions.

All stands with a platform at 5cm or higher must have an accessibility ramp available.*

I have built a ramp into my stand design. I will rent a ramp through Servifira.

Will your company have any of the following to qualify as a Complex Structure?*

I understand that aisle-side walls must include a natural break or clear/no color plexi panel of at least 2 meters for every 6 linear meters of solid wall. Solid walls over 6m in length must be pushed back at least 2m away from the aisle. Any aisle-side wall that exceeds 6 meters in length must be 1 meter in height or lower. *

Submit Stand Design

Upload PDF or JPEG images of your stand design. Ensure drawings include measurements for all fixtures, components, and identification signs (indicating stand height and distance from the aisle) that will be used in the exhibit. Drawings must clearly demonstrate that the design is within the guidelines established for the stand type in which your company is located.
